Hello and welcome. My name is Clare. I am a dedicated practitioner and teacher of yoga.
I have practised yoga – physically and mentally – since 2000. I’ve explored its many pathways and relish the endless journey of learning! I have found the physical practice and philosophy of yoga to have a profoundly beneficial effect on my wellbeing and outlook on life. I have a keen interest in the physiological benefits of yoga, and continue to experience the uplifting and empowering effects of a committed personal practice. I offer a yoga practice for beginners and intermediate students alike, welcoming all and sharing what I know and continuing to learn with sincerity and compassion.
